” Rescued, and Redeemed “… Jesus found me in my wanderings, and brought me to the place of redemption, and hope as He has led me daily out of bondage of childhood pain, and deep wounds of a lifetime. He is my Rescuer, and my Redeemer..

I love the “Be the Change” because it speaks out for many reasons. Believe in a cause that needs a voice – be the change. Want a better life for your children – be the change. Want to make a difference in your community – be the change. I think if I would ever have a pity moment in my life and had this necklace to look at, it would remind me to just be the change, do something different then what is being done presently, to change the outcome.

Less of me. more of God.
That’s a lesson I need nailed into my head and repeat everyday!
Amy in Wanderland says
Oooh, so many good ones. My fave, though, is “He who promised is faithful.” Awesome, awesome.
Positively Alene says
I loved that one too. One day when I was having a pity party and complaining to God about the vision He had given me, my scripture reading that day was that verse!!! Total promise! love it

Oh- they are all so beautiful in their simplicity!
My two favourites are: Be the change – this is something that I have been talking to my 8 year old about this summer while we change our lives through the concepts and challenges in “7”
and Beauty for Ashes — I went through a period of more ashes than good on and off from 04-08… In the last few years I have seen my life become BEAUTIFUL through the blessings I have received- because of the ashes – or rather because of my faith during the ashes – that is a verse that I have been reminding myself of recently as I have minor trials to keep me strong – why is it sometimes easier to be strong and faithful in the HUGE storms and so hard in the tiny ones?? :)
Positively Alene says
Beauty for Ashes sounds great for you. I love art that represents something about us so personally. I love what you described here. Beauty for sure!!!
Dana @ Cooking at Cafe D says
Alene – I so needed to hear about this today. Thanks for introducing me to Grace Tags.

My favorite is EMBRACE THE JOURNEY! Without a doubt, this little saying has been our families focus for the past 2 years. We continue to be reminded to embrace whatever journey He has laid before us, regardless of whether it is what we had planned for ourselves. We all need to be reminded that His plans are the best! Embrace the journey…I love it. :)
