Here in south Texas it is HOT, HOT, HOT!! While I am soaking up the sun, I’m remembering that seasons come and seasons go! And I’m not just talking Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall either. There are many types of seasons . . .
Seasons in your life. Seasons when it’s hot. Seasons when it’s cold. Seasons in your children’s lives. Seasons in ministry. Seasons. Seasons. Seasons . . .
Everywhere I turn these days it seems God is interrupting my life and bringing a new season. Although, most seasons come with anticipation – they certainly interrupt life as to the way we knew it before. I don’t know about you, but I don’t handle interruptions very well. I rebel. I squawk. I question. I kick and scream. Why? I have no idea, because what I’ve noticed is God usually gets His way. Yes, He interrupts our routined lives for a purpose.
