Sitting in San Francisco a couple of weeks ago, I picked up a magazine looking for something interesting to do.
A picture of sea lions caught my attention. I had no idea sea lions lived freely off the San Francisco coast. (We just have seaweed off the Gulf Coast!)
The article went on to describe Pier 39 as a great place to have lunch and see the sea lions. “You can hear these barking, boisterous sea lions from blocks away.”
I was trying to envision barking, boisterous sea lions. What adjectives?
Upon arriving at Pier 39, there they were. The barking boisterous sea lions – the adjectives were perfect!
God surely has made some amazing creatures!
What’s your unique design? Edie has a great message.

Hi Alene! Well what a sweet surprise to find my name in your post. I love your question! Go figure huh? :P I think I could use every adjective you mentioned there are the last. LOL. Quirky would likely be a good one for me, creative, compassionate, generous, loud (but shhh don’t tell anyone), oh my goodness, do I have to name the not so nice ones too!? LOL
Love this. So you didn’t mention the adjectives that describe you(?)

Have a great week.

Too funny – guess I didn’t leave any adjectives for me. Well let’s just say for today I’m sad(my daughter is very ill and we can’t determine what it is), stressed (because I’ve procrastinated on responsibilities I have) and silent (trying to hear God’s still small voice). Since Marilyn used O’s thought I’d cover some S’s. Cindy, I can relate to you today. I’m sure I’ll have perkier adjectives tomorrow. Loving your adjectives Edie!!
Blessings my friends.

Alene,
I showed Chase and he said, “Yep they’re sea lions as they have flippers.” He went on to explain to me the scientific family and group falls in with the canines and that’s why they bark. Are you smarter than an 6th grader? He got me!! The student has passed the teacher. I better work on bills, something I can handle (I think). Have a blessed day.
