Do you remember the 1970’s song by Charlie Pride, Is Anybody Going to San Antone? I remember it well, and remember my dad singing and playing it too!
That song is in my head this morning because I’m wondering is anybody going to San Antonio. The Beth Moore Living Proof Ministries Conference starts tomorrow and through a series of events I’m so excited I’m going. Will you be there?
The lyrics to Charlie Pride’s song continue: Is anybody goin to San Antone, or Phoenix, Arizona? Anyplace is alright as long as I can forget I’ve ever known her.
I’m not sure who Charlie wanted to forget, but I can’t forget Beth Moore. Not only has she challenged me in many a study, I am so thankful she stepped out, followed God’s call and revolutionized women’s Bible studies!
Tomorrow, I’ll meet Ginger, Leah and Shonda personally. What a treat! Welcome to Texas girls!
Anybody else goin to San Antone?
Shonda says
Now I have that song going through my head! How funny.
I look forward to meeting you tomorrow in San Antone. Be safe.

I’m filled to overflowing, flabbergasted in awe and flat-out in love with Jesus! It was an incredible weekend.

Oh girlfriend,
It was soooo good to see your sweet face and hug you tight. I wish we had had more time to sit down over a cup of coffee and really get to know one another but hoepfully that will happen soon.
Can I impose on you to send me the pics that we had taken of the three of us together and with Amanda?? I think you had a digital camera??
If you are like me you will be chewing on all the gems that Beth gave us this weekend for a very LONG time!! Oh what a weekend!!
Have a blessed Lord’s Day!
See you soon!
Leah
