Can you remember the last time you read your Bible and you knew God was calling you to a new way of living?
You commit to new habits and then before you know it your “normal” routine and schedule have snuck back in. I have to admit it’s hard keeping those commitments. Breaking old habits and setting new routines stretches you out of your comfort zone.

A Challenge to Move Forward
Jeremiah 7:23-24 says, “Obey me, and I will be your God, and you will be my people. Do everything as I say, and all will be well! my people would not listen to me. They kept doing whatever they wanted, following the stubborn desires of their evil hearts. They went back instead of forward.”
Can you say you are stretching to move forward? Are you obeying the call when God nudges you?
Lisa says
Thank you so much for your sweet words and uplift. You truly edify. Thank you. Do you ever encounter haters because you are sharing your testimony? I have. It is really hard. Just wondering if it is just me or do others experience the hate because they are believers. Love ya!

Lisa – I’m so thankful to know this words lift you up. As I record it’s hard to visualize who is listening and how the messages resonates with hearts. I love seeing faces and eyes, so this makes me smile. Knowing God’s truth is lifting hearts here and there!
Girl – haters are everywhere. What I’ve learned is to not listen – only listen to the voice of Truth. And sometimes to make that possible it means putting up boundaries. Your testimony is you God Story that God gave you to share. Always see it as sharing to the Audience of One — He’s the only One that matters. It’s His story so share it boldly! love ya back!
Nikki says
I had to listen to this twice, Alene. Oh I don’t want to go backwards. I’m ready to move forward. For His glory.
Thank you, friend!

So thankful to hear from you girl! I’m with you, I want to move forward and sometimes that’s just hard. Sometimes I don’t want to. Some days I don’t even care. But the Truth is we all gotta do it! Move forward for the sake of others and for the Kingdom. I so see you as a Moving Forward kind-of-girl. You encourage me. Much love and hugs
